The gym is vastly underwhelming!!! More equipment could utilize the wasted space, and the pool is disappointingly minuscule!!! Maintenance of the pool should have been communicated!!! Also, car noise pervades even late at night!!!

I had a lovely stay with very friendly staff who were always helpful. The location is unbeatable, just two blocks from Avenida Paulista and close to great shopping and dining options. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

I stayed in the Luxury Room with Double Bed for 4 nights and it was super comfy! The beds were cozy and the shower was amazing. Staff was really nice and helped me with my room change due to noise. The breakfast was solid too. Only downside was some renovations going on, which made things a bit noisy at times. Otherwise, a good experience!
